Change your AWS subscription from "Trend Micro Deep Security as a Service | Annual + Pay as You Go" to "Trend Cloud One"

As of March 1st, 2021, Trend Micro no longer offers Trend Micro Deep Security as a Service | Annual + Pay as You Go to new subscribers on AWS Marketplace. If you are currently subscribed you can continue to use the service until the end of your term, and there is no impact to usage of the service. However, you cannot renew your contract and auto-renewal has been disabled.
This service is now available as part of Trend Cloud One on AWS Marketplace. To continue using the service after your contract ends, you must transition to the Trend Cloud One listing.
To transition to the Trend Cloud One listing, check your account subscription details and follow the instructions depending on your account type. To check your account type, navigate to the Workload Security console, click your account name, then click Account Details.
Your account type is Free - Maximum of 5 Protected Computers
You are currently not subscribed to the service. If you want to use a different AWS account to subscribe to Trend Micro Cloud One, click **Unlink AWS account**. If not, then subscribe to the Trend Micro Cloud One listing, and follow the instructions to link the subscription to your Trend Micro Cloud One account.
Your account type is Licensed through AWS Marketplace Annual + Pay as You Go
Your contract term has not yet ended. To see when your contract ends, you can check your agreement in your AWS Marketplace Subscriptions console.
To transition to the Trend Micro Cloud One listing, you can either:
- Wait until the end of your contract, when your account is automatically downgraded to a free account. Afterwards, you can subscribe to the Trend Micro Cloud One listing and follow the instructions to link your subscription to your Trend Micro Cloud One account.
- Change your subscription before the end of your contract. To do so, subscribe to the Trend Micro Cloud One listing at any time before the end of your contract, using the same AWS account that is currently linked to your Trend Micro Cloud One or Deep Security as a Service account. Once you click subscribe, sign in to your account to complete the process.
While your account is free, you are limited to a maximum of 5 computers until you've successfully subscribed to the Trend Micro Cloud One listing.
Once you transition, any remaining time on your annual subscription will be lost. Your previous subscription will still show as active until the end of your contract term, but any usage will be billed on the Trend Micro Cloud One listing. Contact your Trend Micro representative or Trend Micro support to get a refund for any remaining months on your contract.
Note that currently the Trend Cloud One listing only supports Pay as you Go for public subscribers. To get an annual subscription or preferential pricing, contact your Trend Micro representative or contact Trend Micro at aws.marketplace@trendmicro.com.
