Trend Cloud One gives you the option to use multi-factor authentication (MFA). MFA is a method of access control requiring more than just a username and password, and is recommended as a best practice. When you enable MFA for an account, all users who access the account must enable and use MFA and won't be able to access the account without it.

Procedure

  1. In the upper-right corner of the Trend Cloud One console, select the account where you want to enable MFA.
  2. Click the account name and then Account Settings.
  3. Next to MFA Required, select Yes and then save your changes.
    All users who access the account must enable and use MFA and won't be able to access the account without it.
