This page provides troubleshooting instructions for problems related to sign up or sign in.

Didn't receive the verification email during sign up?

When you sign up as a Trend Micro Cloud One user, you must verify your email address to be able to receive email notifications from Trend Micro Cloud One. If you didn't receive a verification email, you must request a new one.

  1. Look for an email message with the subject line "Verify your email address" sent from "no-reply@cloudone.trendmicro.com".

    If the email isn't in your email inbox, try checking your Junk folder.

  2. If you didn't find the email, go to https://cloudone.trendmicro.com.

  3. Enter your Email and Password.
  4. Click Sign In.

    A banner appears, notifying you that your email is not verified.

  5. Click Resend verification email.

  6. Look for an email message with the subject line "Verify your email address" sent from "no-reply@cloudone.trendmicro.com".

    If the email isn't in your email inbox, try checking your Junk folder.

  7. Open the email and click the Verify email button.

    You are taken to the Sign In page with a banner notifying you that you must sign in to complete the verification process.

  8. Enter your Email and Password and then click Sign In.

Forgot your password?

You must provide a valid email address and password to sign in to Trend Micro Cloud One. If you forget your password, you must reset it.

  1. Go to https://cloudone.trendmicro.com/forgot-password.
  2. Enter your Email.
  3. Click Send Email.
  4. Look in your email inbox and Junk folder for a message sent from "no-reply@cloudone.trendmicro.com" with the subject line "Reset your password".

    If you cannot find the email after 5 minutes, follow these steps one more time. Otherwise, follow the instructions in Didn't receive a password reset email?

  5. Open the email and click the Reset Password button.

  6. You are taken to the Password Reset page.
  7. Enter your new Password.
  8. Click Create new password and sign in.
